Message from Mustafa Genç, President of the Sakarya Commodity Exchange, on the occasion of the month of Ramadan.
He stated that the spiritual atmosphere of the month of Ramadan holds an important place in social life, and that this exceptional period strengthens feelings of unity and solidarity. In his message, he stated:
“We are experiencing the peace and happiness of once again reaching the blessed month of Ramadan, the month of mercy, blessings, and forgiveness. Ramadan is a special period when sharing, helping, solidarity, and brotherhood are felt most strongly, and hearts draw closer to one another. This blessed month is not only a period for performing the fast; it is also an important opportunity for patience, gratitude, tolerance, and compassion to find a greater place in our lives.
In Ramadan, when the values that hold us together as a society are further strengthened, it is of great importance to care for those in need, share our tables, and touch hearts. I hope that these blessed days, when our culture of solidarity gains strength, will contribute to leaving behind grudges, strengthening friendships, and increasing social peace.
I wish that the spiritual atmosphere of Ramadan will also bring blessings to our business world; and that it will be a time when production, labor, and hard work are fruitful.” I sincerely hope this month, a symbol of sharing and abundance, brings health, peace, tranquility, and well-being to our country, our nation, and the entire Islamic world.
